Design Notes

Parts were assembled using 3A. Some parts were ordered through IDT, cloned using Gibson Assembly then assembled into the final construct using 3A.

Cas9 is from S. pyogenes. The sgRNA was designed by our team. The other parts are from the iGEM kit.
